The carrier makes two attempts to deliver the package, leaving a notice of failed delivery each time when the recipient is absent, with a tel. number on which to contact him.
After two attempts, the package remains in stock at the local branch office of the licensed Carrier, awaiting further instructions.
The carrier cannot schedule a delivery time nor arrange appointments, and makes the deliveries during normal office hours.
We therefore invite you to provide an address for the delivery where there is always someone present, e.g. your workplace, the address of a parent, etc.
Undelivered orders will be shipped back to our warehouses.
